I was thinking about a better way to fix this. What I was thinking was instead of capturing the game port from the master, capture the query port instead. Then when launching the game look up the game port from the server variables (hostport) and use that. Then it occured to me that this was already done. Is this not what you had done originally and I changed when I added the ugly hack for UT2 masters? You had UT2S configured with -gps instead of UT2S. There was no master at the time but if you added a server you would add it using x.x.x.x:7787 instead of :7777 and it would query and launch (I assume) correctly. You had that piece of code in the ut_exec to pull out the hostport. I can now see the server I was missing in the list and it launches fine. Actually, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, but that's a problem with the master, not XQF... I'll commit the changes. Subject: [Xqf-developer] UT2003 support I don't think the way we are currently handling UT2003 support is correct. The masters provide a list in the format of: ipaddress game-port query-port We are using the qstat .qstatrc file which defines the query port as game port + 10. This is correct for 98% of the servers, but there are some that do not. Right now I am missing 56 servers from the list because of this. The fact that the master lists the query port separately instead of just assuming +10 like how UT1 assumed +1 shows that the game supports changing the query port. Otherwise, they wouldn't have it in the list. So, I think we should parse the query port correctly and allow it to be entered when adding a UT2003 server manually.
