    Thanks again, especially for reducing it to the minimal example.

    Somewhat embarrassingly, this issue was caused by the fix this ticket which was titled "Colon in definition list shown". As you can guess from the title, I introduced this bug while fixing the other. I looked at the fix for #245, and realized that the bug was elsewhere. I fixed the bug correctly this time for #245, which now takes care of this bug as well.

    Sorry about that, but testing is only good for finding known existing bugs, not for finding unknown new ones.

    At any rate, it's fixed for v1.7.2.
