#88 PDF export doesn't respect opacity settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a PDF file.
2. Change the marker color. Change also the opacity of the color.
3. Use the marker.
4. Export the annotated PDF.
5. Save the xoj.
In the exported PDF the marker will have the standard opacity. In the saved xoj the marker will have the correct opacity.
Ah yes, you are right. Sorry about that!
It looks somewhat annoying to fix. In the meantime, if you do File -> Print -> Print to File -> PDF it should produce a PDF file with the correct opacity.

I've already tried that but unfortunately the resolution is reduced in this method.
Should be fixed in 0.4.8. Reopen if not.
