#20 portuguese translations: bug fix and enhancements

Hi! New Portuguese language files with:

1) Bug fix in:
"install/language/pt_utf8/charset_mysql.php"

Shold be:
$this->db->queryF("/*!40101 ALTER DATABASE `".XOOPS_DB_NAME."` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci */");

2) New images translated respecting the "actual" (old) design.

3) Enhancements in terminology standard.

Thanks, Minahito! But the translations of system and XUpgrade was not included in XOOPS Cube! :-)

So I'm upload again a updated version!
