A number of utilities to create and manipulate data #1 is available to all... even proprietary closed systems should use it for future interoperability. #2,#3 Is generally available, but there may be some licensing issues if used in a proprietary product. If you do use data sources in #3, you'll need to check that use is permitted by a commercial product. I do know that it would violate the soon-to-be released Terms of Use of the new Schedules Direct service. Again, welcome the aboard.. the interoperability is good for everyone!
