If non-fatal error on socket occurs, the XmlRpcServerConnection should continue to be in WRITE_RESPONSE state; so writeResponse() should return true in that case. Otherwise, for example when a response of length > buffer length (e.g. 65535 bytes) is written, the rest of the response is only written if the connection is marked as keepAlive.
