... has some minor changes at the surface. Maybe the better bughandling should be mentioned. Wrong endpoints, auth errors and other exceptions are now shown in an error dialog. A detailed stacktrace is send to stdout anyway.
I changed the package name to conform more with the java community - as a sideeffect bookmarks from the old version are not found in the newer version. One should use the bookmark manager to copy them to the new versioned tool.
Yesterday the first release version was set up. There are many things left to be done, but is was important to me to finish a full featured version.
Full featured means, ...
... that one can bookmark endpoint-, user-, and password-settings.
... that xmlrpc introspection is used (http://xmlrpc-c.sourceforge.net/introspection.html).
... that all parameters can be constructed.
This project was set up in the first line to be used by me at work. That means - at the moment - it works best with a PHP-Zend-XMLRPC server, but more systems will be tested soon.
To release version 1.0 does not mean, that I will stop development now, I have more features and improvements in mind. I just don't have the aspiration, that a 1.0 version has to be perfect.
