IMHO the WAF could be increased by making the input controls of xineliboutput more consistent.
Currently the key bindings for the media player are as follows:
Video/Dvd: Up/Down -> Play/Pause, Right: ForwardSpeed++, Left: ForwardSpeed--
Audio: Up/Down -> Play/Pause, Left/Right: cycle through playlist
This can be quite confusing for (new) users because when playing back recordings, the bindings are
During playback: Down -> Pause, Left/Right -> cycle through fast backward/forward
During pause: Up -> Play, Left/Right -> cycle through slow backward/forward
My suggestion is to change the above mentioned key bindings for the media player, so they reflect the ones for ordinary VDR recordings.
I understand, that e.g. Left/Right in the audio player can be a shortcut for people that do not have PREV/NEXT buttons on their remote control,
but on the other hand, it`s always possible to open the playlist and change the track from there.
