Hi, whenever I do an fast-fastforward on any file (avi, mpeg, dvd), it gets 'stuck'. xine will stop to react to the keyboard for seconds up to minutes, which makes the whole thing unusable (plus the fact, that the mouse wheel does not work since I switched to amd64, why?). Does someone has a tip, how to get rid of this 'stickiness' ? xine-ui is 0.99.4, lib is 1.1.1 |

Hey guys, is there an option to start playing every video with 150% or 200% zoom? It seems like it's always 100%(?) in the beginning and usually it's kinda small, eh? Thanks Ron |

File > Configure > Preferences; top row tab "gui", second row tab <blank> (this is selected by default). You want the window_size option. To change it on-the-fly: View > Window > ... or use the Javascript console or add a key binding, using a command such as set_video_size (150); BTW, I *wouldn't* recommend 200% if you're likely to be viewing normal PAL/NTSC-sized video unless you have a very high-resolution display (at least 2048 pixels across). -- | Darren Salt | nr. Just for the record: same here, too, been like this for... ages. Only happens tho when switching to |>>> (fastest fwd), never on |>> and depends on type of video. MPEG2 seems mostly fine, but DivX and especially Real files seem to be troublesome. Seems an engine issue, happens on kaffeine, too.
