I am sorry to keep bringing this up, but I really need this
feature to work for my front-end. Could somebody please take a
look at this or give me a pointer so that I can figure it out? I
need this urgently.

Subject: [xine-devel] xine-lib and YouTube Flash videos
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
There was a thread here a little while ago about playing YouTube
flash videos and I wish I had paid attention! Perhaps someone
recalls the outcome?
Basically, if I copy the flash video from YouTube, I can play
the copied file, however, if I provide the URL of the original
video to xine, it hangs indefinitiely. I seem to recall it has
something to do with overflowing some buffer somewhere. Anybody
remember? Is there a work-around that doesn't require copying
the entire file over each time?
