ffmpeg tree included in xine the xine_encoder was created.

Since I'll be working on the dxr3 code again on thursday/friday, I can move
some stuff back to dxr3_mpeg_encoders and clean up xine_encoder to only do
encoding (as it's name suggests) and perhaps frame conversion.
