The TS demuxer also needs to be modified to accept input from this dtv plugin 
MRL, and to allow for stream selection within the TS.  The reason for the 
above failure is that the demuxer hasn't been patched to allow for this 
plugin.

I believe that the DTV plugin is for ATSC HDTV - used primarity in the US.  
Although similar in nature to DVB, the two arent compatible, afaik.
