[xine-user] Command line options are 'sticky'

Greets.

While doing some xine tests I noticed that command line options are 
saved to the ~/.xine/config file. For example, if the video driver in 
the config file was previously set to Xv and the command xine -V xshm 
is run,  after quitting xine the ~/.xine/config file now uses xshm as 
the video driver.

Was this intentional behavior? It seemed a bit odd to me and took me a 
moment to understand why I was still using the xshm after I stopped 
using -V xshm in the command. :)
