Hi Darren, Hi list, V Po, 03. 01. 2005 v 21:09, Darren Salt p=C3=AD=C5=A1e: > Update of /cvsroot/xine/xine-lib/src/post/planar > In directory sc8-pr-cvs1.sourceforge.net:/tmp/cvs-serv7701/src/post/plana= r >=20 > Modified Files: > unsharp.c=20 > Log Message: > Convert plugin help text to UTF-8. >=20 Wow, I little explored this and it seems the only universal solution for this is dropping all non-ASCII characters form xine sources, because this will break not translated non-UTF-8 locales (and po-files, but this will see only translators). Gettext does no recoding of original strings with non-ASCII, because target encoding in C locale is ASCII. It seems, my solution with "xgettext --from-code=3Diso-8859-1" wasn't good idea. So if no objectives, I'll change Re'mi to Remi and remove iso-8859-1 from Makefile in po/. >=20 > Index: unsharp.c > =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D > RCS file: /cvsroot/xine/xine-lib/src/post/planar/unsharp.c,v > retrieving revision 1.14 > retrieving revision 1.15 > diff -u -r1.14 -r1.15 > --- unsharp.c 17 Apr 2004 19:54:32 -0000 1.14 > +++ unsharp.c 3 Jan 2005 20:09:49 -0000 1.15 > @@ -238,7 +238,7 @@ > " Chroma_amount: Relative amount of sharpness/blur (=3D0 dis= able, <0 blur, >0 sharpen)\n" > "\n" > "\n" > - "* mplayer's unsharp (C) 2002 Rmi Guyomarch\n" > + "* mplayer's unsharp (C) 2002 R=C3=A9mi Guyomarch\n" > ); > } > =20 |
