Yes, works fine here. Your gpu should be able to provide more then one 
XVideo slot to do this.

Also no problem, when your soundcard is able to handle more then one 
audio output. At http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/ you can see the 
soundcards which are able to handle this with current alsa-version (all 
cards withs (4) in the Notes row).

It only needs well supported hardware.
