For me to help you with this, I will need you to edit some files.
1) edit libdvdnav/src/decoder.h:line 34
remove the comments round "#define TRACE"

recompile xine-lib, xine-ui, libdvdnav, xine-dvdnav(in this order) with: -
make clean
make install-debug

When you run xine again, it should give me much more debug info, so I 
can help you.
