With this patch, Xfe can be compiled both for FOX 1.6
and FOX 1.4 (fallback). Code for both of them is provided.

It will try configuring for FOX 1.6 first, and if that
can't be found it will default back to using FOX 1.4.

This patch doesn't work for me.

It applies and compiles fine, xfe starts up fine, but I
can't enter any text anywhere. So renaming and creating
files is not possible, because I can't enter the target
filename. No characters appear when typing and the cursor
    doesn't move either.

Argh, I desperately need Unicode support!

My limited testing consisted of viewing a file called
"räksmörgås", but that seemed to work as intended...

Will see if I can reproduce this problem in Ubuntu.

This patch is no more necessary because version 0.98 now supports UTF-8 with FOX 1.6.
    Thanks!
