"Open with..." or "Send to application..."
I think it would be useful for example for compressing, converting audio formats, opening videos with several mplayer configurations, and so on, I use Open-with in rox for those purposes.

This can now be done using custom shell scripts. You can find such scripts by looking for Nautilus scripts, that can be (most of the time) directly reused in Xfe.
