for some reason, boshcp.cpp takes /very/ long to compile with g++-3.4.
Actually, it takes so long that the Debian autobuilders of slower arches
(including PowerPC and HP-PARISC!) think the build has stalled and kill
it off after 150 minutes of inactivity, see here:
Is there a reason for this? Could this perhaps be optimized a bit? The
build failures make it unprobable that the 1.9.x series will make it
into the next Debian release.
