I noticed  #1 in both flights that I had so far with xcsoar. I just assumed it was an OLC issue. But if it worked well with the 302 log, then what does that mean?

Yes, this is exactly the same problem. I started noticing it earlier this year around March once I switched to 6.3 alpha or beta, not sure exactly when.
It may very well be an OLC bug which XCSoar triggers, but I don't expect OLC will do anything about it anytime soon if at all...

I have had similar problems with OLC failing to recognise start of soaring
(usually picks a later time) and inability to recognise the starting
airfield. To my best recollection it appeared around the start of April
though possibly earlier.
