#20 Better Key Bindings

Charles Ross

Currently, on Mac OS X, Cmd-W is bound to History>Forward and Cmd-B is bound to History>Back. Cmd-W on Macs is commonly bound to Close Window, and Cmd-[ is commonly used for Back and Cmd-] for Forward in web browsers (with similar bindings on other platforms, I believe). So my request would be to bind Cmd-[ to History>Back, Cmd-] to History>Forward and Cmd-W to Close Window (same operation as clicking the close button, as there is no Close Window menu).

  • Well spoted, but that's already been done. The problem is that the latest version of the xCHM Mac binary is not the latest version of the source code release. xCHM 1.17 fixed this problem already.
