I'm looking for a script that would auto-kick someone if they said a certain thing. Any ideas?

You could write a plugin. http://xchat.org/ provides very good information about plugin writing.

Any suggestions? I'm not the best programmer in the world...

I just found this: http://www.xchat.org/docs/plugin20.html which is the plugin guide I meant. Perhaps you can already do something with this.
