Printing a page on startup

  • Hey folks,

This is a strange bug, and I wonder if anyone has a thought about it -- whenever I start up X-Chat Aqua 0.16.1 on my MacBook Pro it sends a print job to my default printer.  That print job is a single page with a single character on it (I think it's ^D .. looks like a clover).  The printer is connected to an Airport Extreme.  Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

    Here're my laptop specs:

      Model Name:    MacBook Pro
      Model Identifier:    MacBookPro3,1
Processor Name:    Intel Core 2 Duo
      Processor Speed:    2.4 GHz
      Number Of Processors:    1
      Total Number Of Cores:    2
L2 Cache (per processor):    4 MB
      Memory:    2 GB
      Bus Speed:    800 MHz
      Boot ROM Version:    MBP31.0070.B02
      SMC Version:    1.16f8

    And my printer setup:

    HP Business Inkjet 1200:

      Status:    Idle
      Print Server:    Local
      Driver Version:    3.3
      Default:    Yes
URI:    mdns://HP Business Inkjet 1200._riousbprint._tcp.local./HP HP Business Inkjet 1200 TH4AT140HQ

There's no printing code in  X-Chat Aqua, at all so perhaps you have some plugin doing something.  Are you sure about 0.16.1?  That's not a release that came from here.
