XChat version: 2.0.8
OS: Linux (Mandrake Cooker)

When using transparent background AND non-fixed width
fonts AND timestamps, the timestamp column has a width
that can vary 1-2 pixels for each line. This causes the
smaller stamps to show a few pixels of the earlier
overlapping window still when givnig xchat focus again.

Yes, I know it's hard to explain properly, so I added a
small screenie of what should happen and what really
happens, so you can see what I mean.

Discussion

  • Part of the window with a decent refresh

  • Same part, but right after uncovering it.

Update: it happens even when not using transparent
background. It's only related to the non-fixed width fonts.

Using xchat 2.4.0 now. Bug still exists.
