xchat won't display utf-8 characters if there is special character. For example

Good:
<+LinkoBotas> Takeris id:13972 - Klasė: (Vartotojas) - Išsiuntęs: (120.47 GB) - Parsisiuntęs: (215.58 GB) - Reitingas: (0.56)

Bad:
<+LinkoBotas> RIP (RIP®) id:44859 - KlasÄ—: (VIP) - IÅ¡siuntÄ™s: (372.65 GB) - ParsisiuntÄ™s: (244.11 GB) - Reitingas: (1.53)

Notice that ® is used. (Registered)

    Probably a bug in your script. You cannot combine CP1252 and UTF-8 in one string.
    You need to use a UTF-8 (R) symbol.
    If you want this explained further just ask, but I really doubt this is a xchat bug.
