#76 SmartCard private keys aren't seen

When using Token manager to import certs and keys there is no PIN query, so the program doesn't see private keys (and doesn't link them for signing.

pkcs11-tool output for a Smartcard with and without logging in:
[username]$ pkcs11-tool --module /lib/libeTPkcs11.so -l -v -O
