#436 Station Configuration & Messaging Imp.

Item 1: In the Station Conficuration "Comment" block, limit it to the exact number of charachters that can be Tx'd. Currently you can type more information in the block than will be transmitted. Could either do this:
"Comment (Max. XX character spaces):" or just have the typing stop once you hit the limit in the box.

Item 2: For the "Station's Call" block, only allow capitals to be typed. If you type a small letter have it automatically change to a capital letter.

Item 3. I do not see where you can click on a message and see when it was received at your station. This is important information when you are absent from your station and come back to manage the messages received.

Item 1: Length limit for comment varies from 28 to 43 characters, depending on the Report Format for the APRS message. 43 for Lat/Long with or without timestamp. 36 for Lat/Long with data extension. 28 for DF. 40 for compressed position. Set maximum limit of 43 char in UI?
