Xaraya Core 1.1.1 is a maintenance release providing bug fixes and minor enhancements to the prior 1.1 version.
If you are upgrading to 1.1.1 from Version 1.1 there are no template updates or database changes.

The Xaraya Team is pleased to announce the release of Xaraya Core 1.1. This is a major point release in our 1.x Xaraya Core series and includes major changes and enhancements over prior versions.
There are no changes in Version 1.1 to the configuration file, config.system.php, however you may need to make minor adjustments to your themes and custom templates to cater for the 1.1 core changes. The focus of Xaraya 1.0.2 is a security and maintenance release for the Xaraya 1.x branch. It incorporates security patches since the last 1.0.1 minor release and adds further tightening of security in roles.

We are pleased to announce that our release candidate for the Xaraya 1.0.0 web application framework is now available. This release candidate addresses compatibility issues with php versions 4.4 and some 5.1 versions, as well as important bug fixes.

Xaraya 0.9.9 Beta has been released. The Xaraya codebase is a culmination of over two years of hard work and fun by many developers across the world. Xaraya is on the final road toward the 1.0.0 release, and with 0.9.9 stabilization efforts have been made particularly to the installation, performance (cache system) and functionality has been introduced. All major scenarios have been merged into the current tree for the 1.0.0 release. We still have a few minor scenarios to merge into the tree prior to 1.0.0, however should be transparent to the functionality. It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.1.3 Beta for Xaraya. This release fixes many of the blockers that we have for the impending 1.0.0 release. There is also quite a bit of new functionality within the modules. We thank you all for the feedback in forms of feature requests and bug submissions and ask that you keep it flowing.
A brief summary of the changes follows.
- The roles UI has been redesigned using a tab interface for better usability.
- The translations module has been overhauled to allow for more functionality as well as better indication of translations needed.
- Exceptions system bug fixes, as well as better handling of errors.

It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.0.5 Beta for Xaraya. This release is another step towards the 1.0.0 release. The main focus with this release was to identify and concentrate on the key bug and feature requests that so many of you have been providing. We thank you all for the feedback and ask that you keep it flowing.
A brief summary of the changes follows.
In the articles, there is now a feature to import a raw HTML file to the articles system.
Stability changes in the Dynamic Data and Articles module.
The upload module is now included in the modules build for testing.
The user registration has been updated to incorporate the feature requests submitted.
Ability to turn off user registration completely.
New privileges that allow a "Myself" role to edit own data (where included).

It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.0.4 Beta for Xaraya. This release is another milestone to the 1.0 release as final development touches are being placed on the code base. .9.0.4 outwardly has very few feature enhancements (there are new features within the modules package), however internally this release has very significant changes.
The first of these changes deal with the changing of the memory usage of Xaraya. Memory usage has been cut by 20 - 40 % in many areas. This leads to fewer loads on the server that is running Xaraya and increased server capabilities. The change was spear-headed by mikespub and has shown a dramatic improvement. It is my pleasure to announce the release of the 0.902 Beta for Xaraya. This release is a maintenance release with an emphasis on fixing the reported errors with the 0.900 release.
We would like to thank everyone that submitted bug reports over the past few days, and we encourage that to continue. The quicker that we can identify the problems, the quicker that we can move to the 1.0 release.
