Hello, When I create a multiline TextCtrl and set the font to (for example) monospace using TextCtrl->SetFont(), only the first character I type appears in the desired font. All subsequently typed characters are in the default font. Using TextCtrl->SetDefaultStyle() doesn't work either. When I first ran into this problem, I was actually using XRC with the hel= p of xrced. The problem appears in xrced itself too (when previewing), and since xrced is written in Python, it doesn't seem to be a Perl problem, really. The weird thing is that the XRC-based application that I'm writin= g has the problem in both Linux and Windows, whereas the demo program I whipped up only has the problem in Linux. Any ideas? The demo code can be found at: http://analyser.oli.tudelft.nl/monono.txt The XRC file can be found at: http://analyser.oli.tudelft.nl/taboe.xrc Thanks in advance, Kars Meyboom. --=20 "A poor programmer is he who blames his tools." http://analyser.oli.tudelft.nl/ |
