So it specify static version of stc++ library. This file is included in PowerPC Mac environment. And it's only static version library. $ ls /usr/lib/*stdc++* /usr/lib/libstdc++-static.a /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.0.4.dylib /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.0.3.dylib /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib But it would be not included in Intel Mac.
