when there were Chinese characters in the path name for the db file or sqlite3.dll, the dll reported access violation.
Usually neither SQLite nor wxSQLite3 have problems with using non-English path and file names - as long as they are specified as Unicode resp. UTF-8.
Unfortunately you don't tell anything about your development environment. Which operating system, which compiler and which version of wxWidgets are you using? Which build of wxWidgets - ANSI or Unicode, static or shared? Which version of wxSQLite3? Are you loading the SQLite DLL dynamically at runtime or are you using a link library?
In ANSI builds it's your responsibility to path in path and file names as Unicode resp. UTF-8 strings as SQLite expects UTF-8 and wxSQLite3 performs no conversion.
