#125 non-ascii characters in wmf files converted incorrectly

I tried converting some wmf files using
wmf2(gd|eps|svg), but all the files containing
non-ascii characters are not converted properly. Is
seems than text encoding is not detected. Wrong glyphs
are used and text layout breaks on such characters.

I use libwmf version 0.2.8.3, freetype 2.1.7. I have
all needed Microsoft fonts installed. Microsoft
WordView utility displays all files correctly running
on my system in Wine-20040505.
