I am using the insane dictionary (as included in Ubuntu 13.10) as a first pass in catching OCR errors for the paper

"2800 PERSONALITY TRAIT DESCRIPTORS--NORMATIVE OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS FOR A UNIVERSITY POPULATION" by W. Norman in 1967.

He and his collaborators were working at Michigan University, so American English applies. For every word that did not appear in the American English insane dictionary, I manually verified its presence and spelling in the paper. I am attaching those that still did not appear after my manual corrections (with the exception of a few that I consider incorrect due to typos or limitations of the printing system used -- like "risque" (missing the accent), "unforseeing", and "overperemtory"). I think that these words should at least be included in insane. Some, like monoideistic and yeasaying should really be in huge also.

I have left hyphenated words in their hyphenated form.

I agree. I added them to level 80 (huge) as 95 (insane) is for just about anything and level 80 are for any valid words.
