#25 Support for converting footnotes, headers, footers, etc

Currently, only the text in the main "story" is converted. Text in headers, footers, and text boxes are not. Footnotes are partially converted to do font format, font color, and background color. Support should be added for converting text in the whole document.

    It is possible to do this using this Word macro: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Word_macros#ReadFootnotes - I suspect that will be helpful in figuring out how to do this in the extension. Hope so.

    As a short-term solution, you could try running the macro over the Word doc, and then use Word2MediaWikiPlus to do the rest of the conversion.

    Thanks for the link. No one is actively supporting this macro at the moment so it may not get into the code any time soon. We definitely need to grab the stuff on the meta page at some point though and incorporate what we can.
