The config dialogs should support internationalization. All the messages should be translatable.

Added to word2007 branch with r37.

All labels in the config dialog are now set based on language specific values set W2MWP_Language_Init. You can test this out by opening changing your language to Vietnamese or something. If a language doesn't define all messages then the default English value is used.

The macro messages are now stored in Betawiki and translatable there. Just go to http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special%3ATranslate&task=untranslated&group=out-word2mediawikiplus&language=en&limit=100, select a language and knock yourself out. The BetaWiki team is awesome.

I also added support for Unicode messages by converting the Unicode strings (like from Russian) into a series of ChrW & statements. Take a look at W2MWP_Language_Init for an example. There is a tool to do this conversion automatically here: http://teaandbiscuits.org.uk/drupal/node/77.
