OK. It looks like you're using Wonder 0.9.1 pre-built distribution. We added the Properties file after the release and I think that's why you don't see it. Also, if I remember correctly, that pre-build framework had the principal class undefined and the framework won't be initialized properly. Are you using 0.9.1 distribution? If so, please try the latest CVS stuff instead. Just let me know the platform (OS) and WebObjects version you use, so that I can give you a step-by-step instruction.
