Hi Josh, I'd use ERXNavigationMenu which automatically takes care of changing the css on the current link for you. I am using it to track users through a multipage form. The only caveat I have is that you'll need to do some tinkering if you want to submit the form with the hyperlinks (I don't bother). Another option might be a tabbed component which could give the user an indication where they are in the process as well. A final option might be something as simple as a WOSwitchComponent where the links change their css class depending on which component is being displayed.
