#1 Name your threads

Hi!

It would be helpful if Winstone threads had got a name
so you can see the function of the thread in Eclipse
debug view at a glance.

Of course I figured out one thread is listening on the
control port and the other one on the http port... ;-)

    The request handler threads actually do have names

    this.threadName = resources.getString
    ("RequestHandlerThread.ThreadName", "" + threadIndex);

    They should be named RH#1, RH#2, etc

    If you want me to change those to something more
    meaningful, I'm more than happy to - suggestions ?

    I'm also adding names to the listener threads now too.

    OK - control thread, listener threads and request handler
    threads now all have naming. Thanks for the suggestion.
