Currently uninstaller deletes Merge7z*.dlls from
WinMerge directory. But I have a active patch:
#1275874 Cleanup Installer a bit
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1275874&group_id=13216&atid=313216
which removes that part. Simply because
Merge7zInstaller can add 7-zip dlls too, so we better
leave all 7-zip plugin files than just remove couple of
them.

What installer should do is to ask from user if one
wants to uninstall 7-zip plugin files. And then find
and delete all of those.

Doesn't seem hard if I figure out which file (or registry
key) I could check first to detect possible Merge7z plugin
    install..

I think I can do this pretty soon (in couple of days). So
moving to TODO-list and assigning to myself.

I have a script to detect Merge7z files and uninstall them.
But its too risky change for 2.4.

So I'll just do the 'delete all' approach for 2.4: delete
Merge7z*.dll files from WinMerge directory and
    subdirectories standalone installation uses.

We need to find a different approach for the 7-zip plugin.
An installer should uninstall only what it installs.
To uninstall the 7-zip plugin, we need an installer that uninstalls it, or something similar to that (I haven't worked out the details).
