#1208 Date stuck in UK format

I have my Windows Regional and Language settings to show the date as YYYY-MM-DD. It still comes out in the main comparison screen as DD/MM/YYYY. Someone else's report suggests it's looking only at the "country" setting and then picking the default for that country.

Version is 2.12.4.0 Unicode

    That is very true indeed. I don't like it that way, so I'll change it in WinMerge 2011.
