I recently tried to compile winex from the CVS tree
(downloaded April 24, 2003) and received the following
compile error:

--BEGIN--

--END--

I have receive the same error while using the
./tools/wineinstall method as well as via the more
traditional ./configure, make depend, make method. It
should be stated that ./configure operated fine. I did
a make depend && make, and received the above error,
the same as when using ./tools/wineinstall.

If there is a reference to this error, I have not been
able to locate it on the bug report forum yet. I will
continue to search. Please send alternate responses
to <tqfishe@chartermi.net>. Thanks in advance for your
assistance.

    I'm having the same problem, if you've happened to found a
    resolution since then, please, let me know here or through a
    private message.
