1. The "highlight" is a little excessive. Red links should
do just fine...
2. Internal links should be a different color than "normal"
links, indicating that you'll stay inside the wikipedia.
The "outside" links could be a different color as well (like
it is now), or have the "standard" color to indicate they'll
lead "back to the web".
3. I like the current way that visited links are the same
color as unvisited ones. Please do this by default, or at
least as a user option.

    (3) will have to be a user option; I used to having visited
links a different color so I can keep track of where I've
been. I'm sure other users are too--browsers have always
done that, and we shouldn't go out of our way to change
something that people are used to.

I agree that the highlight is bit gross, but red is used for
visited links Maybe I'll make the visited links a distinct
    "cool" color like green...

Yes, internal and external links should be different; I
thought they already were (they already have a different
class). Maybe I need to fix the stylesheet.

Broken links are now a slightly darker red than the standard
visited-link red. The Standard skin should now pretty much
match the old code, which is what I want. Cologne blue is not
really finished yet, but I plan to take your suggestions when it
    is.
