Username are allowed to use <> in their nick but this
break page history and recent changes, see three
<dvanw> contribution here

    They were never supposed to be allowed; someone added them to the
    allowed list by mistake.

    That username is now, as it should have always been, illegal.
    I'll have to clean up the mess though.
