    I see the issue has been addressed various times. However I still have a question. I am making a wiki in Norwegian, and would like the letters æÆøØåÅ work as any other latin character. I therefore changed the line

    $filtered=preg_replace("/\[([\w\s]+)\]/","<a href=\"index.php?$wiki_get=\\1\">\\1</a>", $filtered);

    to

    $filtered=preg_replace("/\[([\w\s\æ\Æ\ø\Ø\å\Å]+)\]/","<a href=\"index.php?$wiki_get=\\1\">\\1</a>", $filtered);

    in the index.php file. This makes it possible to me to make links of the kind

    [Sår_røye]

    But I want the link to appear in plain text without the underscore: Sår røye, and pointing to the page Sar_roye. So I am trying with

    [Sar_roye|Sår røye]

    but now the link won't work. Returning to the index.php file, I try to add the \æ\Æ\ø\Ø\å\Å in all possible places under // template, //  outlinks and // plain urls, but with no success.
    Are there any solutions?
