9-terminator has option createACE=1, it uses the ace2ca.pl script. I wanted to double check if it is still maintained. I may have heard at some point that it wasn't?
The runCA on-line documentation says the ACE options is known to be buggy. Indeed, though the option generates an ACE file, the ACE file is rejected by consed in some cases. We plan to fix the problem with our CA 7 release. We strongly recommend that, while you use CA 6, you should rely on the ASM, FASTA, and POSMAP output files rather than the ACE.
