HTTPRequest doesn't expose content type, charsets or
languages. With this patch, against 0.8, it should do
so in an elementary fashion (although I find that the
content type is always None for some reason).

Also, rawInput was somewhat prone to breakage. Extra
conditions should prevent illegal/impossible operations
on the request stream.

    This has been incorporated into the SVN trunk and will go
    into Webware 0.9.2. Instead of several methods for the user
    preferences, a single method is used that can request all
    HTTP_ACCEPT_xyz variables. CONTENT_TYPE is not very
    interesting, it is mainly used for HTTP PUT and POST.
