You should be able to use Python 2.2 with Webware 0.8. I don't recommend =
using CVS versions of either package unless you really need some new =
cutting-edge feature, although I'm sure the recent Webware CVS stuff is =
a real improvement in various areas.

Personally, I'm using Python 2.2.2 (I think) with Webware 0.8 on Red Hat =
Linux 7.3, and have used Webware 0.7 for a long time without any =
problems getting started.
