will your implementation handle connection closes? i.e., i start
downloading a large piece of streamed content, then midway i click "stop" in
the netscape download button. (fyi: when we were trying to detect
connection closes under zope, i think we discovered different behaviour on
ie 5 [which uses http 1.1...i think it doesn't tell the web server about
an example for use of this functionality:
streaming the output of a tar/gzip backup...when the connection close is
detected, we can kill the tar/gzip backup process.
