I hesitate to answer as I'm a webkit newbie. This may not be exactly
the answer you want. In any event, at least wkcgi does find my Main.py.

The key step I think might help you is to run MakeAppWorkDir.py.
I don't know where the experts that usually hang out here have gone. On
vacation, I suppose.

I'm not an expert on this, but I can tell you what works for me. Here are
the only webkit-related lines in my httpd.conf:
LoadModule webkit_module modules/mod_webkit.dll
WKServer localhost 8086
Try using just those lines and see if that makes things work better.
