There is a slight problem with the repository. One of the adapters,
OneShot.cgi, does not show up as executable. This was my mistake. I created
it and checked it in from Windows.
On a BSD box, I chmod'ed it, but cvs didn't recognize the change. I tweaked
some whitespace and got it to check in, but a check out still comes out an
I then removed it from CVS and re-added it with execute permission. That
didn't work either.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. My guess is that it
needs to be modified in the CVS repository. e.g., the permissions come
direct from the repository file and once set cannot be changed by CVS.
